The Freedom Mortgage Wholesale Division is proud to offer Value Verify™, an innovative appraisal solution using cutting-edge 3D scanning technology. We utilize this new tech to capture required appraisal data and streamline the entire appraisal process for Conventional Fannie Mae borrowers.
The new Value Verify™ solution is currently available to conventional borrowers in:
- Arizona
- California
- Colorado
- Florida
- Georgia
- Illinois
- Pennsylvania
- Texas
- Utah

The Value Verify™ ordering process
- An Initial Submission DU Message will generate signaling that the loan is eligible for Value VerifyTM.
- Loan is conditioned for appraisal
- Client orders Value Verify 1004H using Class Valuation’s web ordering link. (see below)
- Within 48-72 hours, certified imagery professional completes a full interior and exterior data/3D imagery collection (Property Fingerprint Report)
- Class Valuation submits the 3D imagery to Fannie Mae’s Property Data API
- Appraiser completes desktop appraisal within 24 - 48 hours of order acceptance
How to use Value Verify
Web Ordering Link (Complete each of these sections as labeled below)
- Client : The ordering Broker Party.
- Ordered for : The ordering Person/Party.
- Client Displayed on the Report : The Wholesale Lender (Freedom Mortgage Corporation) that will show on the report.
- Appraisal form : The product being ordered (in this case, select Value Verify 1004H). The list of products here is determined by the Client Displayed on Report field.
- Reference : This is the CASE ID field.
